We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
- Ensure team members understand and follow Scrum principles and practices.
- Work with the team to identify and remove any obstacles that may impede progress.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and improve the team’s performance and effectiveness.
- Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies
- Experience leading Agile teams
- Strong problem solving and facilitation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong desire to continuously learn and improve
Education:
- Scrum Master certification is preferred but not mandatory
